We conduct external audits of financial statements prepared by the client for the purpose of forming an independent opinion as to the reasonableness of assertions made in the financial statements and whether or not the financial statements are free of material misstatements. Our audits are conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing as promulgated by the IFAC.
